"The Boğaziçi Bridge", joint of Asia and Europe

The east half of Bosphorus Bridge (Boğaziçi Köprüsü in Turkish). It is the first bridge that binding Asia and Europe, two big continents of the globe. The photo shows the east part (Asian side) of it. On the left side of its leg you see the famous Beylerbeyi palace. Beylerbeyi Palace was the summer home of the Sultans. It is lavishly decorated, with a marble fountain and large bathing pool in the main salon surrounded by dozens of impossibly perfect blue-and-white-striped 30-foot-tall marble columns.
